Pricing
What you pay when you order through Twiinie, and what each charge is for.
1. Currency and disclosure
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where it applies. The total you pay is always shown before you confirm and pay, itemised into the charges below. We do not add any charge at checkout that was not displayed to you first.
2. What you are charged
| Item prices | Set by Alladyce. We buy from vendors at wholesale and sell at retail; our margin is included in the price you see. Prices are set per event and can differ between events. |
| Service fee | A percentage of the items subtotal, set per event. This is typically 10%. Delivery is excluded from the calculation. |
| Delivery fee | A flat fee per order, set per event. This is typically R30.00, regardless of how many items are in the order. |
| Tip | Entirely optional, between R1.00 and R1,000.00, and can be added up to 7 days after delivery. Tips go to the person who delivered your order. |
| Subscriptions | None. There is no membership, subscription or account fee. You pay per order only. |
Because the service fee and delivery fee are set per event, the exact amounts that apply to your order are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Wallet credit
You may pre-load credit into your Twiinie wallet and spend it on future orders. Credit is bought at face value and there is no fee to load it. It stays valid to spend for 3 years from the day you buy it.

| Refunding credit to card | No fee. Unspent credit is returned to the card that paid for it, in full, if you ask within 7 days of buying it. Part-spent credit still qualifies: whatever is unspent comes back. |
Wallet credit is a prepayment for goods Alladyce sells. It is not a deposit, not stored value redeemable with any other business, and not money held on your behalf. It can be spent on orders for 3 years, or refunded to the card that paid for it within 7 days of purchase. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and cannot be transferred to another person.
4. How you pay
You pay Alladyce by card at checkout, through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway, or from your wallet credit, or from a combination of the two. Where an order is paid partly by card and partly from wallet credit, both amounts are shown separately before you confirm.
We never see or store your card details. Card data is entered on the payment provider's own hosted checkout and goes directly to them.
5. Changes to pricing
We may change our prices, fees and structure from time to time. Any change applies to orders placed after it takes effect, never retrospectively to an order you have already paid for. The effective date above shows when this document was last changed.
